These old-vine Zinfandel grapes are taken entirely from gnarly, head-trained vines in the Watts Vineyard. This vintage has been aged for one year in stainless steel, maturing the wine yet preserving the fruit’s essence. The result is a full-bodied wine with soft tannin and rich mouth feel. Classic Zinfandel notes of berry, tea and plum combine with soft smoky tones. This Zinfandel is Certified Sustainable by Lodi Rules Protected Harvest.
